Our brand commits to publishing measurable practices annually. The first report is in production. Expected publication: Q4 2026.
What the report will contain.
- Water. Recirculating-system reuse rate. TCEQ-monitored discharge data. Constructed-wetland performance.
- Feed. Feed conversion ratio averaged across grow-out cycles, by lot type.
- Mortality. Annual mortality data, by cause where determinable.
- Permits. Active TPWD aquaculture permit, TCEQ discharge permit, FDA food-facility registration. Audit dates and outcomes.
- Deviations. Any deviation from a filed expectation during the year, with the corrective action.
What you can ask for today.
Our compliance posture is default to disclosure. If a buyer, agency, or regulator needs a specific figure or document before the report is public, we will supply it inside one business day.
